This is catered to the person that has little experience with meditation. If meditation practice is already a part of your routine, the exercises will of course still be beneficial.

You’ll receive prompts that encourage you to stand up for your sensitivity so that you can shed the feelings of inadequacy and shame that are often attached to our sensitivity.

Being comfortable is enticing, but sometimes we need to step outside our comfort zone to keep our brain agile. Instead of running away from discofort, you will receive prompts that encourage you to face some obstacles that are common to the HSP. Learning to find a balance between comfort and stimulation is a huge part of energy management for the HSP. But choosing comfort at the risk of stagnating the mind’s agility is not the solution.

How do you let go of the emotions that build up inside you? Often HSP’s have been taught to keep emotions welled up inside because we might otherwise get ridiculed for being “too sensitive”.
It’s time to allow yourself to feel and express all of your emotions, the good, the bad, the ugly… and the amazing!

As HSP’s we can be so hard on ourselves, judging ourselves for being less able than the average person. It’s time to undo our previous bias and start appreciating ourselves just as we are: with both the gifts and curses of our high sensitivity.
